Nancy Kriegel has served for six years as CJP’s Assistant Director of the Initiative for Day School Excellence.  Her work at CJP has centered on projects relating to advocacy, access and excellence in Greater Boston’s Jewish day schools.  Ms. Kriegel is an attorney by training with a background in general civil litigation and health care law.  Prior to assuming a professional role in the field of Jewish education and policy, she held a number of volunteer positions in various Jewish organizations including serving as co-president of Gateways: Access to Jewish Education.  Nancy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Boston College Law School, and an alumnus of Bet Shraga, Hebrew Academy of the Capital District.  She lives in Sharon, Massachusetts with her husband and their three children who currently attend one of the Boston area’s Jewish day schools.
