Adina Kanefield joined the senior administration team of the Jewish Primary Day School of the Nation’s Capital (JPDS-NC) in January 2009 as the Director of the Office of Institutional Advancement, and recently began transitioning to her own consulting practice focusing on the nonprofit sector, particularly independent school and small non-profit advancement.  Previously, she served as a board member at JPDS-NC where she chaired a variety of strategic efforts, including the search process for a new head of school and the transition of the institution to the next stage of leadership and development. She has raised over 12 million dollars for the school through annual, capital, and major gifts initiatives, engaging hundreds of volunteers and supporters. Her consultancy work focuses on the Jewish non-profit sector. Her most recent client includes RAVSAK where she serves as a senior development officer.
